In 2026 I left to do that work independently, for the leaders and organisations carrying it.

I BEGAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN.
THE ONE BETWEEN THE VISION AND THE BUSINESS. TRANSLATING, HOLDING, MAKING THE IMPOSSIBLE LAND.
I sat between the creative director and the CEO. I was the one who could read the room, the founder, the brand, and name the thing nobody had said yet but everyone could feel. I built brands, shaped creative culture, ran the transformations that either hold or break a house.
What made me useful was never just the strategy. It was an instinct for the thing underneath it. My grandmother read people for a living and never once apologised for it, and I inherited her eye for what's actually happening in a room before anyone names it. Inside the houses I called it instinct, because instinct was the word you were allowed to use in a boardroom. It was always more precise than that.
The body of an organisation knows what the strategy misses. Energy is the thing underneath the brand. Rhythm is what makes leadership sustainable rather than merely impressive. I spent twenty years proving that inside institutions that would never use those words, and it held every time.

I read what's actually running the organisation, or the leader, underneath what everyone agreed to say out loud. I don't replace the core. I find what made it work in the first place and rebuild the system around it, so the transformation is one people carry rather than resist.
